Live Online Interpreting for Meetings service
Scope of work: We handle all written documents such as letters, notices, flyers, manuals, emails, written reports, scanned documents, and handbooks. We can translate all text files such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, PDF, and online and offline files.
Experienced Native Speakers: Our translation team is comprised entirely of native speakers in their target language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Vietnamese). Each translator possesses a minimum of five years of professional translation experience.
Subject Matter Expertise: We assign translators based on their specific areas of expertise. This ensures that the translators know the relevant terminologies in your field.
Longstanding Relationships: Many translators have been with us for several years. This established partnership allows them to develop a deep understanding of our client’s needs and consistently deliver high-quality translations.
Special: If you need to translate a lot of standardized forms, contact us for a custom quote! Please share a few samples of the forms and the monthly or yearly volume. We may be able to offer you a customized per-page fee, which can be up to 50% lower than the normal fee.

All our translators are native speakers of the target language with at least 3 years of experience in translation. In addition, all are tested and evaluated by a team of other native-speaker translators.
Pricing: From $7.5 per page, or from $0.025 per word. On average, a full-text page costs about $15-25 to translate (for common language pairs, more discounts will be applied if you are eligible). Check our Pricing page for more information.
What modes of payment do you accept? We accept checks, card payments, ACH, and PayPal. We can also accept purchase orders, retainer fees, and customized billing requests.
How long does it take to translate the documents?
Turnaround time: In general, for a document that has 5 pages or fewer, the turnaround time is 2-4 days or less. Rush or expedite your request for the document to be delivered in 24 hours or less (a 15-20% surcharge applies).
