- Refunds for subscription-based services must be requested within the first 14 days of use, and any refunds beyond this period are at the discretion of Ladon.
Late payments may result in service interruptions, and accounts with unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may be subject to interest charges.
Intellectual Property Rights
Client Content
- All original documents and materials submitted for translation remain the intellectual property of the client.
- Clients grant Ladon a limited license to process, translate, and store content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service.
Translated Content
- Ladon provides non-exclusive, royalty-free rights for clients to use translations for their intended purpose.
- Clients may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of Ladon-produced translations without written permission.
- Ladon may use anonymized content for quality assurance and improvement purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Website and Service Content
- All proprietary content, branding, trademarks, and software related to Ladon’s services remain the exclusive property of Ladon and may not be copied, reproduced, or modified without our consent.
Confidentiality and Data Security
Ladon recognizes the sensitivity of client documents and implements robust security measures to protect your information:
- All translation materials are treated as confidential and shared only with authorized personnel involved in service fulfillment.

- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

Cancellations and Termination
Client Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested in writing before translation work begins.
- Requests made after work has commenced may not qualify for a refund.

- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Misuses the platform or engages in abusive conduct.
